Orders
To purchase an item from this site email me on info@janebygraveceramics.co.uk and quote the name of the item and where available the reference code.
After you have placed an order via email (info@janebygraveceramics.co.uk), or by telephone I will contact you to confirm the goods availability and make arrangements for payment and delivery.
I will then email an invoice to you confirming prices and post and packaging costs. You can then pay by paypal or post a cheque to me which must be fully cleared before dispatch.
Items will sometimes need to be made on receipt of order so please allow 28 days for dispatch under these circumstances.  Some items may be unsuitable for postage but arrangements to collect from shows, a retail outlet or direct from the workshop can be made in advance, if this is possible and convenient. I reserve the right to add or withdraw designs and adjust prices without notice.

Returns
All items are handbuilt and may differ slightly from the samples shown on this website.  Every effort is made to match samples shown but should you wish to return your order for any reason please do so within 10 days of receipt, well packed and by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.  Provided the item(s) is received in perfect condition a full refund will be made but not the cost of the return postage.  No responsibility can be accepted for breakages suffered under return mailing conditions.

Product Suitability
Please note that due to small components,  brooch pins and the risk of sharp edges should an accidental breakage occur, my ceramic jewellery work is not suitable for young children.

Please note that I will not negotiate Sale or Return Terms other than for specific exhibitions.  All trade negotiations are subject to the above conditions.
